Mid-gym, a plan in a PDF is useless. GetMyCoach puts the session on your phone: the block you are in, the sets you have left, the weight your coach recommends for today, and a log that takes one tap per set. Web and Android, the same plan on both, free during early access.
Opens the app page with the Android download and the web app — no account needed to look.
The session opens where you are: the current block, the exercise, the prescribed sets and reps, and what you did last time it came up. You log each set as you finish it — weight and reps, one tap — and the next set is already waiting.
Your coach's recommendation for today's weight sits next to the set you are about to do, built from what you actually logged before, not from a table. Conditioning blocks come with a guided timer that knows the difference between the work and the rest.
If the day did not happen, you can skip a session or a single exercise with a reason — no time, low energy, illness, injury, something else. A skip counts as resolved rather than outstanding, and it never invents training data: it contributes nothing to your volume, your bests or your next load recommendation.
A Hyrox week is running, erg work, compromised running and the functional strength behind the stations. The app shows each session for what it is — including why today is the day it is — rather than presenting eight stations as eight unrelated workouts.
The plan itself comes from your Hyrox coach and is built around your race or your fitness goal, your training days, your gym and your experience. If your gym is missing a station, the plan substitutes honestly instead of pretending you have a sled.
The same plan, the same sessions and the same progress on both: the phone app and the web app read one server-computed truth, so a set you log on Android is there when you open the browser, and neither platform re-derives its own version of your numbers.
Android is a direct download and the web app runs in any browser — nothing to install if you do not want to. There is no iOS app yet; that is a known gap rather than a soon.
Per exercise: what you lifted last time and what your best set is, so progression is visible rather than remembered. Per plan: how much of the block you have completed, and what is still ahead.
Logged sessions count as done without you having to press anything extra, and the week stays honest about what happened — a week you half-trained reads as a week you half-trained, which is the only way the next block can be built on something real.
Build your plan, then train with it session by session — free during early access, on Android and the web.
