Amsterdam races at Europaplein in January, across one of the longest wave schedules of the season.
13 weeks to go until HYROX Amsterdam.

The venue is Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam. The race runs over a ten-day window, which in practice means a lot of start waves and a realistic chance of the division and the time slot you actually want — including a weekend slot if you are travelling in.
A January race sets the shape of your autumn. Twelve weeks back from the first race day lands in late October, so if you are reading this before then, the full block still fits; after it, the honest version is a shorter, sharper build rather than a compressed twelve weeks.
The full twelve weeks still fit: raise running volume, train the eight stations under fatigue, and taper cleanly into race weekend.
Your coach sizes the block to the weeks actually left, to your training days and to the equipment you have — running, the stations, strength work and the taper.
